DIY Jack-o'-Lantern Art Activity

diy-pumpkin-face-activity.jpg

A super simple DIY activity that kept my girls entertained all month long! They loved pulling these little pumpkins out time and time again to create their own jack-o’-lantern faces. The girls enjoyed being able to wipe off the faces and draw a new one. We printed a plain picture of a pumpkin out on orange paper and had it laminated in order to use dry erase makers on the pumpkins. The girls were hooked immediately. We left our jack-o’-lanterns out all month long where the girls had access to them and they were used almost daily! We loved this activity and will do modifications of it in the future!

My 3 year old loved drawing other “spooky” Halloween characters on her pumpkins as well. This one is Frankenstein.
